Anyone who is hurting or is experiencing loss, who have a heaviness in their hearts, and who want to remember their loved one at Christmas in a special way is invited to a service offering prayers, scripture, song, and remembrance for your loved one this holiday season. After taking some time to relocate, regroup and redesign our new ministry space, we are ready to share our hopes and dreams with you. If your child is 7 and in the 2nd grade, they may be eligible to participate our Sacramental preparation program. Our enrollment ceremonies will be on Thursday, October 19 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the Church (choose one to attend). The ceremony will include a presentation by Fr. Dwight Lewis, a blessing and presentation of books, and instructions for the program by Jodie Clark. The ceremony will last about 1 hour.
Teen confirmation registration for all youth grades 7-12 is now open! SCB Faith Formation Youth will meet on Thursday Nights from 6:30-8:00 pm beginning September 21 in the Parish Center. Registrations are still being accepted. Registration Fee is $50, but if the fees present a financial challenge, scholarships are available.
