St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish facilities are reserved for the liturgical, sacramental, educational, program, and social uses of the Parish. The facilities may be available for use by Parish families and registered nonprofit groups for private events on a space-available basis. Availability is based on priority for use established by St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish, and use may in no way be prejudicial to the best interest of the Parish and the Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle. For-profit organizations, political parties, and candidates for public office may not use Parish facilities. St. Charles Borromeo Parish desires to make the reservation and use of these facilities as easy and equitable as possible while being good stewards of its resources. Because of legal and other considerations, certain policies and procedures are necessary and are established in accordance with the Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle and the Pastoral Council of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish.
If you are interested in using our facilities, please contact our parish office at:
parishoffice@stcharlesb.org or 253-564-5185 x0
Any users of Parish facilities must have qualified insurance. Individuals will purchase a one-time policy through the TULIP program (see links above) for the event. Nonprofit groups must provide proof of a qualifying policy naming St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish and the Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle as additional insured. Please see the Facilities Use Handbook for additional information.
Note: The individual TULIP policies do not cover certain events or activities. For example, participants of most sports are not covered. Therefore, groups with these types of activities must be part of a registered nonprofit with an appropriate insurance plan.
