Partners In The Gospel Update

The April 29, 2025 Partners in the Gospel meeting was led by Leigh Stringfellow who is contracted by the Archdiocese of Seattle to conduct such meetings. Jason Stolberg, our Parish Liaison was present to help facilitate her presentation. Slides from the presentation will be posted here. Participants were given the chance to introduce themselves and share how long they have been in their parishes. They were also given the chance to comment on 3 questions:
1. What questions do you have about moving forward as one parish family?
2. what are you most concerned about?
3. What are you most hopeful and excited about?

Some of the Key topics discussed in the meeting were "types of decision making",  "who is on the PFLT" and "how the PFAC will be formed." 
There are 3 types of Decision Making that will take place in the process of becoming one parish are:
-Participant Leadership
-Consultative Leadership
-Authoritative Leadership
Fr. Michael will use all 3 types to move the parish forward. 
 
The Parish Family Leadership Team (PFLT) includes our Pastor: Fr. Michael Rademacher, Director of Operations: Shanon Koenen, Director of Pastoral Ministries: Adriana Julian, and Partners in the Gospel contact person: Marianne Manning. 
The Parish Family Advisory Council (PFAC) will consist of 7 people that Fr. Michael will discern as a good fit. He hopes to assemble this group by the end of the summer to begin regularly scheduled meetings.  Fr. Michael is looking for people that are: 
1. Peaceful, 2. Prayerful, 3. Familiar with both campuses, 4. Does not have an agenda and wants the family as a whole to move forward, and 5. Able to commit to the timeline the process will require.
